"Purr, purr, purr" is River's mantra.  She purrs when asking for food.  She purrs to get a play session started. She just purrs, period. River is a North Carolina transplant who came to us with her week old kitten.  She is a lovely dilute tortie who went to her new home quickly.  However, she was returned to us due to family issues and is now ready to purr for her supper for you.  She has been around another cat and probably should not be in a household with dogs.
