Hot Rod is so full of life and fun.  He is a little love bug and an absolute joy to have in your home.  Just a little unwanted guy who is really shopping for a home.
He is loved by all who meet him and we are surprised that he isn't adopted yet.  It's not through want of trying!  Look how photo genic he is.
